Reading the can

Count the dark dots on the lid.

Every OVNS lid is printed with four dots. Only the dark dots count — each one adds 3 mg above 9 mg.

Flavors

Six flavors, each in four strengths.

Every flavor is the same pouch and the same can of twenty. Only the flavor and the nicotine strength change.

Strength is the amount of nicotine in one pouch, measured in milligrams. OVNS makes four, and every flavor is available in all four.

How to Use

Under the upper lip

Take one pouch from the can and put it between your upper lip and gum, flat side against the gum.

Leave

20 to 30 minutes

Leave the pouch in place. Do not chew it and do not swallow it.

Dispose

Lid compartment, then bin

Used pouches go in the compartment in the lid, then in the trash. One pouch at a time.
